God Already Has Your Answer

One of the most awe-inspiring attributes of God is this: He has the answer before we ever face the problem.

Why? Because He is all-knowing.
“All the treasures of wisdom and knowledge” dwell in Him (Colossians 2:3), and nothing is hidden from His sight (Hebrews 4:13). He sees all. He knows all.

One of our greatest privileges as believers is that we can read what He already knows through His Word—and we can seek His face to receive revealed knowledge by His Spirit. This places us in a unique position. When we make God’s Word the final authority in our lives—accepting the full counsel of Scripture as absolute truth—we will always have the answer.

That means we’ll never find ourselves in a situation where we’re left without direction.
There’s no temptation, no trial, no test, no circumstance that can arise where we truly don’t know what to do—because God’s Word already gives us the response.

For example:

• When sin approaches and tries to tempt us, the answer is already “NO” (James 4:7).
• When financial pressure comes, the answer is: “My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19).
• When we stumble and sin, the answer is: “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9).
• When something tries to steal our peace, the answer is: “No weapon formed against you shall prosper” (Isaiah 54:17), and “the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:7).

So, the next time you face a situation where you feel you don’t have the answer—remember, you already do.
Go to the Scriptures.
Come boldly before the throne of grace, so that you may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16).
